About the Class

The SDI Computer Nitrox course is a great next step after the Open Water Diver certification. The course is structured in an easy to understand manner by making use of a Nitrox programmable computer.  Nitrox as a breathing gas has a lot of benefits for both new and experienced divers.  The course will cover the use of Nitrox mixtures from 22 to 40 percent oxygen. 

 

The benefits of using Nitrox include:

  • Increased safety margins
  • Reduced post dive fatigue
  • Extended no-decompression times

We will teach you how to set up your computer for the mix that you are diving with, and how to analyse and mark the content label on your tank.
